Benefits

A healthy fat your body needs!

Fats typically provide more than half of the body's energy needs. Unlike other fats, the Medium Chain Tryglycerides (MCT's)  don't convert into triglyceride that can get stored as fat - but instead go straight from the gut to the liver and are either used as energy or turned into ketones. Ketones help support weight-loss as well as supply the brain, heart and muscle with energy. Many MCT Oils have only two types of Medium Chain Triglycerides.  The 310 MCT oil contains two extra Medium Chain Triglycerides, not commonly found in other MCT oils,  to give your body an added boost.

Ingredients

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) of caprylic and capric acid
MCT oil
is created from a coconut extraction process called fractionation. This involves extracting and isolating the valuable MCTs from the coconut oil. MCT oils generally contain either 100% caprylic acid or 100% capric acid or a combination of the two. Caprylic and capric acid are valuable for MCT oil because they can be more rapidly absorbed and processed in the body than other fatty acids.

Lauric Acid  is a medium-chain fatty acid, or medium-chain triglyceride (MCT), found in foods that contain saturated fat. lauric acid is the precursor to a compound our bodies produce naturally, called monolaurin. Monolaurin  supports immune health due to its antimicrobial properties and does the body good in a variety of ways.

How To Use

310 MCT oil is a clear, flavorless liquid that should be consumed plain without heating it. It's unrefined, so it has a low smoke point similar to flaxseed oil, wheat germ oil, and walnut oil. It does not respond well to heat so don't cook with MCT oil.

What you can do is add the plain oil to coffee, smoothies, or salad dressings. It's easy to slip into a meal or drink since a serving size usually ranges between just half a tablespoon to up to 3 tablespoons.

Use it in your favorite 310 Shakes, 310 Juices, 310 Detox Teas, 310 Lemonade, or salad dressings, pastas, unheated sauces and more. Keep your 310 MCT oil in the fridge and shake it well before each use.

Easy as 1-2-3.

Just begin with one tablespoon of 310 MCT oil daily and increase gradually to three tablespoons per day until your body has adjusted. Make sure not to exceed the recommended daily intake or you could experience mild intestinal or digestive discomfort, particularly on an empty stomach.

***Disclaimer: Do not place MCT oil in styrofoam based material.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is MCT Oil good for you?

MCT oil has become a popular choice for those wanting to support their weight loss and increase their energy.  MCT's are healthy fats used as energy or turned into ketones and not commonly stored as fat. Finding a healthy source of energy, especially during low carb diets such as KETO, is beneficial for your body.

How do I use MCT Oil?

Add it to your morning coffee, 310 Tea or to one of your favorite 310
Shakes.  You can also use it in place of other oils in your dressings, condiments and sauces. Just 1 to 2 tbsp of MCT will give your body a boost of healthy fats and at the same time provide energy for your brain and body.

How will MCT Oil support my weight-loss?

MCTs can be converted into ketones, which are produced from the breakdown of fat when carb intake is low. Unlike other fats, if you're following a ketogenic diet which is very low in carbs, MCT Oil can help you stay in Ketosis which is known as the fat burning process.

Can it help me pre-workout and/or post-workout?

Yes! Supplementing your pre or post-workout meal with a tablespoon of MCT oil can help improve your performance, endurance, and recovery.

Can I cook with MCT Oil?

No, it's not suitable for cooking due to its low smoke point.
